Our services

Reception

Our reception is personally at your service for 24 hours.  Souvenirs with a touch of the hotel's history and newspapers are sold here. We are happy to help you with all your special requests and questions.

Internet

All our rooms have two complimentary  wired Internet connections so two laptops can be used simultaneously on the Internet. If you left your laptop at home, you can use the Internet also via the tv system for a very reasonable cost.

Gym

Our gym is equipped with high standard equipments. The gym is open 24 hours with your room key. Complimentary towels and bottled water is available on the house.

Sauna

Our traditional Finnish sauna offers a good place to take a breath. Hotel guests can use the sauna free of charge at weekends:

Saturday-Sunday ladies at 8.00-9.30, gentlemen at 9.45-11.15.

During other times the sauna can be booked privately.

Room service

Our room service is available every day at 7.00-2100. From room service you can order something good to eat or drink during the opening hours of our kitchen. The menu is available on the tv.

Lobby bar

Lobby bar is situated beside our reception. It is open every day until 01.30 am. We have a wide selection of drinks and some sandwiches.

Summer terrace

 The verdant and spacious Linnanpuisto Park  surrounding the hotel provides an ideal opportunity to relax. The idyllic terrace under the shade of maple trees is a great place to enjoy a refreshing drink or two and a nice meal. In this peace and quiet you can really enjoy yourself.  Summer terrace is open Monday-Saturday between 12-22 whenever the weather allows.

Parking

In front of the hotel inside the high walls we have parking place for 18 cars. The cost is 16 €/24 hours, short time parking costs 2 € /hour. The parking can be charged on your room bill or you can pay it to the parking meter in cash or with a credit card.  Parking places can not be reserved in advance. 

Parking place is controlled by Autoparkki Oy.

Bicycles

Want to see the city from a different angle? Rent a safe and steady Helkama Aino bicycle from our reception. We have three bikes to rent, for a cost of 10 € / day. The helmet is of course included in the rent.
